Nudj is the name with which Base6 Services Ltd. does business.

Your Data

Base6 Services Ltd. (Base6) ensures customers’ data is never shared with anyone unless you want it to be. You have complete ownership of your data. Data security is very important to us, and is integral to the architecture of our software and the ways in which we do business.

All access to Base6 control panels and donation processing is protected via SSL. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password / social login) to verify identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account information (as well as all activity that occurs on your account).

In order to offer our service, Base6 will transmit and store private data on your behalf. We may also duplicate data to provide backups and continuity of service.

All employees of Base6 agree to strict confidentiality provisions that provide for the protection of all customer data. We take this extremely seriously; any willful violation of customer confidentiality is a fireable offense and grounds for legal action. In order to provide customer support, a Base6 employee may access your account on your behalf.

For internal purposes, we may use your customer data, nation data and usage data to create aggregated anonymized statistics and to increase the usability of Base6 . You acknowledge that we are free to use this aggregated, anonymized data in any manner, provided that it cannot be used in any way to identify you or any of your users.

Privacy

Any personally identifiable information that we collect about you as a customer (as opposed to personal information that you provide or collect regarding your own users) is governed by our Privacy Policy.

As a Base6 customer, you are responsible for advising users and visitors to your sites on how you use private data and content posted to your sites.

Law Enforcement and Third-Party Complaints

We do not actively monitor, supervise or censor any content or data that belongs to or is provided by Base6 customers and will refuse to honor any third-party requests to inspect customer data unless we are required to do so by law or subpoena, or directed by our customer to supply information to assist in a lawful investigation. In the event of a lawful request for customer data initiated by a third party, to the extent that we are legally permitted to do so, we will make every effort to notify you and give you opportunity to challenge such access.

If we receive a third-party complaint about your public content or data practices, we may forward the complaint to you for resolution. Base6 will not mediate or be liable for any dispute over your Base6 content, even if you ignore it or fail to resolve the complaint to a third party's satisfaction. However, if we determine that hosting your content or data would make us criminally or civilly liable, we may require you to immediately remove the content or data from Base6.

Billing and Pricing

Our standard plans are based on the number of people or email addresses in your nation, so price may increase or decrease between billing periods, unless otherwise agreed.

We may change our fees and associated features at any time. We will provide 3 months notice if this is the case. As a rule, we do not provide refunds.

Base6 is not liable for the actions or inactions of a payment processor. If your account goes overdue or charges are reversed, we may pause or shut down your account.

If your account goes overdue for 2 months for any reason, we may pause shut down your account. If we do this, we will give you 1 week’s notice.

Pause and Shutdown

You can close your account in two ways and will not be billed for either of these:

  • If you pause your account, it will not be accessible except to unpause. While your account is paused, we will make every reasonable effort to preserve your content and data and allow you to resume service at a future date under the pricing in effect at the time. Please contact help@base6.io if you wish to pause your account
  • You may shut down your account at any time. If you shut down your account, we make every reasonable effort to permanently remove your data from our services, usually within 30 days. You will not be able to recover your data in the future

Disclaimer

We work hard to provide high-performance services and will work with you to provide an excellent customer experience, but there are certain things we don't promise. Other than as expressly set out in these Terms or Additional Terms, Base6 does not make any specific promises about the Services. We don't make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific function of the Services, or their reliability, legality, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services "AS IS" and you use them at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purposes, and noninfringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Base6 will not be responsible (under any legal or equitable theory) for: (1) lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages; or (2) any amounts (in the aggregate) in excess of the amount you paid us to use the Services, or (3) any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable or that is outside of their reasonable control.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Base6 may from time to time update these Terms and Conditions. We will inform you if these Terms and Conditions are updated.
